Refund policy

At Miima Hospitality & Gifts, we put our heart into crafting fresh beverages and elegant hospitality experiences. Every order is prepared with care to ensure premium quality and timely delivery. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we follow a clear and strict return and refund policy:


1. No Returns After Delivery

All our drinks and hospitality items are freshly prepared. Once an order has been delivered or collected, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selections, or leftover items after events.

2. Order Issues or Mistakes

If there’s an issue from our side, such as:

Wrong item delivered

Missing items from the order

Product not matching the confirmed order details


Please contact us immediately (within 1–2 hours) of receiving your order, and provide your order number along with clear photos.

Once we verify the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.


3. Quality Concerns

We take quality and hygiene seriously. If you believe a product is spoiled, damaged, or not up to Miima’s standards:

Do not consume the product.

Contact us within 1 hour of receiving it, including photos and a description of the issue.

After our review, if the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, we cannot provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Orders left unattended after delivery (e.g., left outside in the heat).

Subjective preferences such as taste, sweetness level, or color variations.

Partially consumed items.

Event leftovers or products not stored properly after delivery.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days, or offered as Miima store credit, based on your preference.
